45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
We stand behind our products with our 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If, within 45 days of your purchase date, you are not fully satisfied with your experience with Antaira Technologies, we will take corrective measures to address your concerns or provide a full refund of the purchase price.

Warranty Coverage:
All Antaira Technologies Brand Product(s) are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years, unless otherwise specified on the product specification page, starting from the date of delivery. This warranty is contingent upon the proper installation and usage of the product.
Resale Products:
Resale Product(s) may be subject to their respective manufacturer's warranties. Please refer to the individual product information to determine the length of the warranty.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover defects, malfunctions, or failures resulting from damage caused by unforeseeable incidents (e.g., floods, fires, etc.), environmental and atmospheric disturbances, external forces like power line disturbances, host computer malfunctions, plugging the board in underpowered conditions, incorrect cabling, or damage resulting from misuse, abuse, and unauthorized alterations or repairs.
Warranty Process:
If a warranted Product(s) is found to be defective during its warranty period, Antaira Technologies, at its sole discretion, will repair and/or replace the defective product. To initiate this process, the customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the defective Product to Antaira Technologies for service. The customer is responsible for prepaying shipping charges, using the original shipping container or an equivalent, and insuring the Product or assuming the risk of loss or damage during transit.
Duration of Repaired or Replaced Products:
Repaired or replaced products are warranted for ninety (90) days from the date of repair or replacement or for the remainder of the original product's warranty period, whichever is longer.
Limitations of Liability:
his warranty represents the sole and exclusive remedy for any defects or issues with our products. It supersedes any other warranty, whether expressed or implied, written or oral. Antaira Technologies' liability, arising from the sale or supply of the product and its use, whether based on warranty, contract, negligence, product liability, or other grounds, shall not exceed the original cost of the product. In no event shall Antaira Technologies, LLC. be liable for unintended or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits or use damages, arising from the sale or supply of the product.
