Antaira Technologies strives to contribute to their community every year by encouraging its employees to volunteer their time to planned annual service activities. This year, Antaira teamed up with Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County to sponsor their Mobile Pantry stocked with 5,000+ pounds of fresh food and distribute these items to at-risk families.

“Second Harvest’s Mobile Pantry program is great because it allows companies like Antaira to not only engage their employees with a team activity, but also have a huge impact within a community in a very short amount of time. The results are immediate and that’s what makes the program so popular,” says Erin Davis, Agency Services Administrator at Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County.

The day was a huge success, thanks to all the employees & Second Harvest Food Bank who dedicated their time to join us this past Saturday. Overall we were able to provide food for 197 families, representing 960 individuals at risk of hunger including families, seniors on low- or fixed incomes, and the working poor.
